The first entire song for my UTAU(loid?) Shingo Yozawa! He still needs some work, and I’m really a novice at UTAU, but I’m happy with how this came out.
This is one of my favorite anime songs ever, an insert song from the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Since this came out so well, maybe the next song I have him sing will be an original one. ヽ(○´∀`)ﾉ♪
Shingo Yozawa, lead singer of the band Aoikajitsu. He’s an old OC of my that I’m particularly fond of. Spent the majority of my afternoon working on this.
I really like how this came out. There’s something about color pencils that makes drawings look cool and textured when blended right.
Doodles of my oc band mates, Gaiza and Shingo. Shortening Gaiza’s hair a bit for an upgrade. Shingo’s the same as always, with maybe a little more moe.

God Knows by my UTAUloid Shingo Yozawa. This is a little bit of what I did today. I’ve been wanting to continue recording his voice bank, but I always seems to put if off for other things. Maybe if I made him sing a cool enough song, I’d be motivated.

My Utaloid Shingo’s cover of Heart no Tsubasa, the theme song from Daa! Daa! Daa!. It’s only the first verse and chorus. Karaoke was made using a midi I found.

This is the song I wrote for this story. Because I can’t sing like a guy, I made an UTAU voice bank from my voice but altered a bit in Audacity to sound more boyish. This is my first time finishing a song in UTAU! Its not orchestrated though, because in the story he sings it acapella. Maybe I’ll orchestrate it one day.
Since I just did a basic voice bank with only a few extra sounds, its kind of hard to understand him and he doesn’t sing in English that well. So here are the lyrics:

I have created an Utau for Shingo! I used my own voice, only I sang through my nose and pitched it down to sound more like a guy. I haven’t finished recording all the sounds for his voice bank yet, so you get approximately 4 seconds of a vowel exercise (VAAAVI VUUU VEEEEH VOOOOOO).
Played around with the vibrato a little, need to work on that more tho.
Reads right to left (Japanese style). I was thinking last night that I’ve been drawing Aoikajitsu more often, but no one really knows much about them, besides Nissie, Caliver and me. So I came up with some cute 4koma about our wonderful fictional jrock band! This is the first, there are more coming eventually.
